Structural characteristics and technical requirements of axle inspection fittings for non-standard automation equipment:

1. Structural Characteristics of Shaft Parts of Non-standard Automation Equipment
Shaft parts are common and important parts in machines. Their main functions are to support transmission parts (such as gears, pulleys, etc.) and to transmit torque.
Shaft parts are revolving parts, whose length is larger than diameter. Inspection parts usually have internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, as well as thread, spline, keyway, transverse groove, groove and so on. According to the different surface types and structural characteristics of the axle, the axle can be divided into many forms.

2. Technical Requirements for Shaft Parts of Non-standard Automation Equipment
The technical requirements of shaft parts mainly include the following aspects:
(1) The supporting journal and matching Journal on the axis of diameter accuracy and geometric shape auxiliary degree are the important surfaces of the shaft. The diameter accuracy is usually IT9~IT5. The shape accuracy (roundness and cylindricity) is controlled within the diameter tolerance. When the shape accuracy is required to be high,'the allowable tolerance shall be stipulated separately on the part drawings.

(2) The coaxiality of the supporting journal is the general requirement of the mutual position accuracy of the mating Journal (the Journal of the assembly transmission) in the shaft parts with mutual position accuracy. The radial circular runout of the universal precision shaft with the support journal is generally 0.01-0.03 mm, and the high precision shaft is 0.001-0.005 mm. In addition, the accuracy of each other's position of the fittings also includes the coaxiality between the inner and outer cylinders, the vertical requirement of the axial positioning section and the axis center line, etc.

(3) Surface roughness
According to the precision of the machine and the speed of operation, the surface roughness requirements of the axle parts are different. The surface roughness R of supporting journal is generally 0.63-0.16 micron, and that of matching journal is 2.5-0.63 micron.
